You pick a skill, set your current level, and the AI generates a week-by-week program: a pilot/assessment session on day one to gauge your baseline, then structured sessions with warm-up, main skill work, and stretching. Sessions are designed to be done anywhere — no gym membership required.
Each session opens a dedicated screen that walks you through every exercise set by set. You see the exercise name, rep target, and form instructions as bullet points. Tap the checkmark to complete a set — it turns teal. When a set is done the rest countdown timer starts automatically, shown as a circular arc that fills down to zero. You can edit reps on the fly if the prescribed amount doesn't suit you that day.
The AI scan is accurate to ±3–5% for most users — comparable to skinfold calipers and significantly more convenient. Accuracy improves with multiple angles (front + side) and consistent photo conditions. The app always shows a confidence range (e.g. 14–17%) alongside the estimate, so you're never misled by false precision.
Once a week is the sweet spot. Daily scans introduce noise from water retention and lighting. Weekly scans give you enough data points to see a real trend within 4–6 weeks. The app plots a trend line across all your scans, so noisy individual readings don't mislead you.
No. The calisthenics plans in TransformAI are bodyweight-first. Most progressions (handstand work, push-up variations, hollow body, L-sit) need only floor space and optionally a pull-up bar or parallettes for advanced moves. The app notes any equipment requirements per exercise.
Yes — both the AI body scan and the workout planner are calibrated for male and female physiology. Women have higher essential fat (10–13% vs. 2–5% for men) and different strength baselines, and the AI accounts for both when generating plans and interpreting scans.
Yes. Photos are face-blurred on our server before being processed by the AI — the model never sees your face. We do not sell data or share it with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
